Choosing our glass pebble pool finish makes taking care of your new pool easier!
POST-APPLICATION CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
After you have had a Blue Glass Pebble interior installed, please ensure the following steps are taken, both to achieve best results and maintain your warranty:
- Do not add salt to the pool for the first four weeks. This will mean you will need to chlorinate the pool using liquid chlorine for those first four weeks.
- As filling add the bottle of Scale & Stain Eliminator provided free with your order (www.thepoolstainremovers.com.au).
- As with most pool interiors, make sure the customer brushes the surface down at least once every day for the first three weeks.
- Make sure you keep your PH within the normal limits.
ONGOING CARE ADVICE:
We always recommend engaging the services of an industry pool care professional and keeping records.
- Do not allow leaves, bark, flowers, seeds, fruit or any other debris to lay still on pool interior as they can stain.
- Pool should be kept as a normal concrete pool would be.
- PH 7.3-7.6
- Calcium Hardness 200-250
- Use Stabiliser/Sunscreen as you normally would as per the instructions on the bag
- Alkalinity 120-150 – adjust using your test kit instructions.
- Every 6 months it is recommended to add a bottle of Scale & Stain Eliminator. This can be ordered from us.
- Never leave pool empty. Must always be full of water to ensure safety of product. Leaving pool empty and product exposed voids warranty.
The above is necessary on all glass pebble applications, and is consistent with standard industry practice for such products.
